Digital Safety for Seniors

Linda Liano of Program Sage will lead an interactive workshop tailored specifically for adults age 55+. With cybercrime and digital abuse on the rise, it’s important for everyone to be aware of the dangers and — even more important – to be ready with a plan for when something goes wrong. Liano will begin by outlining some of the threats people face in today’s digital world, and then examine how adults can assemble a team of trusted relatives, friends, and professionals and put together a plan of action for responding to whatever may come their way, from phishing scams to cyber harassment.
