“Rearranging the Furniture” by Molly Morgan
Molly Morgan is a psychotherapist who began making art as a way to self-reflect and process her work with psychotherapy clients. She developed a committed painting practice during the COVID lockdown. Her work explores the parallels between therapy and creating art, and her focus is on the process of making art as a tool for self-discovery and transformation. This series of paintings was inspired by a client’s observation that therapy felt like we were, “rearranging the furniture inside.”
The exhibit will open on September 7 and run until October 19.
